Get Support...

Do you need support with housing? We look to support young people aged 18-30 who are ready to move on or who may be vulnerably housed, living in a hostel and are ready for something different.. The East Anglia Anchorage Trust will offer transitional support to enable them to reach full independence through a clear accommodation pathway. We have already facilitated tenancies for a range of situations and will continue to grow our accommodation offer.

We make our application process as simple as possible. We assess every application for support individually and ensure we can provide the support required.

Our process;

  • Application form - Simple application form to assess your current situation and where we may be able to support you
  • Assessment - Assessment to ascertain if the Anchorage Trust can offer the support required and meet your expectations
  • Move In Process - Move in is dependent on acceptance at assessment stage and that we can facilitate suitable accommodation for you.
  • Personal Development Plan - Working towards a long term accommodation and employment goal within a specific time scale using Outcome Stars
  • Move On Planning - Working towards a long term sustainable accommodation plan
  • 3 monthly reviews - As part of working with the Anchorage Trust you must meet with a tenancy support worker every 3 months to review progress.

At the present time the East Anglia Anchorage Trust does not offer emergency accommodation but will look to offer you support where we are able to and be as responsive to need as we can.
