Henry Pettitt - Trustee
Henry is a partner of Stephenson Smart Accountants and business advisors.
Henry joined Stephenson Smart in 2008 having completed an Economics and Finance degree at Keele University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 and a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2014.
Henry is responsible for a portfolio of clients from a wide variety of sectors, ranging from individuals, to group companies. Henry has experience in delivering a broad range of services to clients including advising on inheritance tax planning and the maximisation of capital gains tax reliefs.

Adam has a track record in innovative business leadership. Adam was Chief Executive of Saffron Housing for 14 years and brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge in strategic. planning and implementation.
Joy Savill - Trustee
Joy is passionate about empowering young people to be the best they can be, with good quality housing very much at the core – going from homeless young person to a Partner in a Law Firm is putting the skills she learned and the empathy gained to good use supporting the East Anglia Anchorage Anchorage Trust with their housing policy, legal structures, procedures and developing the organisation to achieve it's vision.
She is an East Anglian born and bred, moving to Norfolk 17 years ago with her husband and son.
George Jarvis - Chair of Trustees
George is Business Development Manager for Norse. George has seen his career with Norse develop from Technical Assistant Engineer, through Leisure Facilities Manager and Building and Engineering Manager, where he had management responsibility for a million pound budget and a team of 20 people looking after Great Yarmouth Borough Councils public assets, to his current role.
As Business Development Manager for Norse George is responsible for the strategic commercial growth of various joint venture companies including strategic business planning, client liaison, tender/BID writing, brand awareness, networking and identifying new business opportunities.
George brings a range of skills and experience that will help with the goals and aspirations of the Anchorage Trust.
Steve Stone - Trustee
Steve is a building services & low carbon consulting engineer who runs his own consultancy business. Steve is passionate about our work as he has previously been a youth worker for over 25 years and local authority foster carer. Steve now acts as an independent person for Norfolk County Council Children's Services and is volunteer with Norwich Cathedral. Steve also offers his expertise and time as a volunteer to The Diocese of Norwich as an advisor to offer them advice on heating systems & maintaining their building assets.
Steve has 3 grown up children and 5 grandchildren and is a member of the St Mary's Singers Church Choir.
Adam Mason - Trustee
Adam is Business Delivery Manager at Petrofac Engineering and Production Services. He holds 17 years Oil and Gas experience including International work in West Africa, Cambodia and USA. Now responsible for the safe, efficient and sustainable future of 4 assets in the Southern North Sea. Adam is a ILM Level 5 coach.
Recreationally Manager of Great Yarmouth Town Football club who play in the the 6th Tier of English football in the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Countries League.
Nikki Lane - Trustee
Nikki is Head of Student Wellbeing and Progression (inc Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity) at Great Yarmouth College since July 2015. She has worked at the College since December 2012, where she joined as Student Welfare Advisor. I have worked within Careers Education, Information, Advice, Guidance, Wellbeing and Safeguarding in Norfolk for 12 years for the private, voluntary and public sectors. This has involved being a Project Manager for the 14-19 Education Advisory Team at Norfolk County Council to build strong partnerships and provide joint provision. I managed South Green Park Enterprise Centre in Mattishall, which included their 14-19 provision. Prior to this I supported young people as a Connexions Personal Advisor, helping them to break down barriers to education and employment. My caseload focussed on home-education, child protection, youth offending and particularly with young people experiencing mental health issues. I have also worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises in Norfolk and The Midlands supporting retailers to grow their business, which was both fun and challenging.
Mark Burns - Business Advisor & Housing Consultant
